By participating in this raffle, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Paid employees of the Warrnambool Golf Club are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The entry period for the raffle begins on 12 February 2024 and ends on 20 April 2024 . Entries received after the specified end date will not be considered.

Entry Method: To enter the raffle, participants must purchase a raffle ticket and complete contact details on physical ticket. 

Prize: The prize/s for the raffle are outlined below. No cash alternative or substitution for the prize is available. Warrnambool Golf Club reserves the right to change any terms and conditions associated with any prizes. No Prizes and/or vouchers are transferrable or exchangeable for cash

Total Prize Value $19,390

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted at the Warrnambool Golf Club on Saturday 20 April 2024 at 5.30pm. The first ticket draw will will the first prize and a ticket that is drawn will not be eligible to be drawn again. Winners need not be present to win.

Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via phone within one (1) business day of the drawing.

Publication of Winners: The results of the draw will be published and winners notified via phone within one (1) business day of the drawing. Prizes must be delivered to winners within 28 days after the draw.

In the event a winner does not claim a prize, and/or Warrnambool Golf Club cannot, after a reasonable effort, contact the winner of the prize, the prize will be retained for 12 months. After which time the prize still has not been claimed, the Warrnambool Golf Club will sell or otherwise dispose of the prize.
